  • 1 Step

About this course

In this video I show the process I use to distill pure rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil using my copper alembic traditional still. I use the pure oil and hydrofoil to create my own natural hair tonics and in my skin balms. It is simple process that is a pure traditional way to extract the pure essence of the rosemary plant. Rosemary oil is a popular oil for aromatherapy. It is beneficial for hair, skin, and may even help improve memory and alertness and considered the herb of remembrance Rosemary is also a scalp and hair tonic that stimulates the circulation for healthy hair growth and condition. Rosemary oil can also help relieve joint and muscles aches. Great in massage blends, bath oils and compresses, it stimulates blood flow and warms a stiff, tired or cold body.
